Processing time

• Each order is processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or on the weekend are processed on Monday.

Delivery time

• Once your order has been processed, the delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days within Germany. Longer delivery times apply for international shipping.
• Please note that external circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, delivery can take up to 7 to 14 business days . We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping costs

Shipping to islands is not possible due to an island surcharge.

Returns

We would like to encourage our customers to shop more consciously: Returns alone generate approximately 238,000 tons of CO₂ daily—a significant burden on our environment. With this message, we aim to take a stand for sustainable consumption and a more climate-friendly everyday life. ♡

Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use the withdrawal form for this purpose and share the tracking number of your return package with us for our records (preferably in advance via email at info@thegoldendune.com).
